Posture reads your upper body through your webcam and tells you the moment you drift out of the posture you calibrated. It measures four things — head forward, shoulders, tilt, lean — against your own baseline, not a generic ideal.
The camera never leaves your machine. No frames are uploaded, none are stored, and there is nothing on our side to replay.
Sit the way you want to sit. A three-second capture becomes your reference. Every threshold from then on is a delta from that, so body type and camera angle stop mattering.
The monitor samples eight times a second in the corner of your screen. Pop out the mini-monitor and the score follows you on top of whatever you're working in.
A notification when you stay slumped for about six seconds — never for a passing stretch. Mark one wrong and Posture widens that axis for you.
Free, and built for one person at a desk — the one running it.
